That’s awesome news! I’m glad you got it checked out! I hope gets smaller, rather than bigger from here on out. I have an industrial and all bumps cleared up by 3 months! Your jewelry is very pretty btw.
necrotic-girl Mine has had a few different bumps along its rather difficult healing journey (I’m a complete klutz), but all the ouchie hurty irritated ones have cleared up. At over a year in, this is the last hold-out. 4 weeks ago when I took that first picture, was when I had it looked at by a good piercer and she recommended trying a titanium bar instead of the steel the initial piercer had used, so I chose something pretty and she swapped it out for me. I think/hope it’s working out!
I just want my lobes to be happy and relax and stretch up to 0g so I can go ahead and get my second holes pierced gosh. Stubborn lobes. Also it’d be great if this canker sore on my gums would heal because ow. OH YEAH AND MY ARM too. It’s so bruised from the past three days of jamming it into guitars that it hurts to even move too fast.
Oh gosh. Okay. People who show up uninvited and linger and keep talking to you for wayyyyyy way too long, pretentiousness, bigotry, feeling judged, everything about college (thank god I’ll never have to go through that again), abusive people, crowds, bad food, ticks and fleas, going to the doctor, not being allowed to fix EVERY SINGLE INSTRUMENT even when it’s not worth it, anxiety, depression, YouTube comments, most other online comments and the people that make them (you know, the shitty ones), being broke, not being able to help with things… this is kinda all over the place so I’ll stop there.
how does your hair feel? I bleached and dyed my hair recently too, and to get it back to feeling soft and healthy I used a mixture of about 50/50 coconut and olive oil. It was oily for a day or so but rinsed out pretty well.
andspaghetti It actually feels just fine! My hair is so ridiculously fine and soft naturally (like a floppy noodle), even with bleach it’s not much different. My scalp does feel a little dry, but I’m gonna try to just let that work itself out… I have heard good things about coconut oil before though!
